The deadline to take John Foxjohn’s class, 8 Steps to Murdering a Manuscript is May 27, 2009.

The class begins June 1 and lasts until June 30.
John has taught this class many times in person and online, but for one day or a week—this will be the most comprehensive writing class he has taught online.
The class will include opening hooks, pace and flow, passive and active voice, how to identify passive voice, rid the manuscript of it, and when and how to use it.
The course will take a look at adverbs, adjectives, redundancies, and unnecessary words in a manuscript, and the editing process.
Along with this, there is a broad lesson on dialogue, characterization, scene and sequel as well as action and reaction. Plus, the class includes a continuous questioning and answering section of fiction writing problem areas.
John intended the class for beginning, unpublished, or any writer who wants to improve their skills.
